• Level – Intermediate
• Required skills – knit, purl, k2tog, yo, long-tail cast on
• Materials:
  • o Yarn - at least 30 grams each of 2 contrasting colors of worsted or aran weight yarn. Wool works best, but be sure to avoid cotton or anything very slippery.
  • o Needle – US size 6 or 7 circular needle, 16”-32” in length
• Objective – students will learn the basics of two color brioche worked flat by knitting a small swatch that can be used as a mug rug. Increases and decreases will also be taught in this workshop.
